We offer five core loan types, with preferred asset locations being metropolitan Auckland, Wellington and xxx. With a strong presence in the mid-market lending landscape, our funding focus is typically between $2-50 million. Flexibility to negotiate LVRs and level of pre-sales for construction loans may also be available in certain circumstances. We lend to select partners with strong asset bases, proven track records secured by property in quality locations.
