The Loan will be used to assist with the acquisition of the Property by the Borrower, and to fund construction costs and other financing costs by the Borrower in connection with the Project.
The project will comprise the construction of a five–storey mixed-use commercial and retail building.

c) Corporate Guarantees from the Unitholders of the Borrower;
d) Personal Guarantees from the individual Sponsors; and
e) Builders Tripartite Deed.
