Project Details

The proposed development of the Security Property includes the construction of 14 new residential dwellings and the retention and refurbishment of seven existing Terrace residential buildings fronting Oxford Street, above two levels of basement car parking.

The Loan will be used to assist with the acquisition of the Security Property, and to allow time for the Sponsors to undertake the development planning activities; and fund the Loan pre-paid interest, costs and fees.

First Registered Mortgage over the Security Property; First Registered General Security Agreement over the Borrower; Corporate Guarantee provided by the unitholders of the Borrower; and Personal Guarantee provided by the Personal Guarantors.
Exit Strategies
Primary: Refinance with a Construction Loan.

Alternative: Refinance with another land facility; or Sale of Security Property.
