Investment Activity

As at the 31 December 2021, the Pallas High Yield Fund No.2 was diversified across 12 first and second mortgages representing a Total Loan Investment amount of $37 million.

Locations & Property Types
Development site and / or residential, retail, commercial or industrial property, predominately located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metropolitan areas.
Investment Diversification
The Fund invests directly in SPV Lenders, and may make investments into Pool Lenders to diversify assets across a wider range of underlying loans. This diversification strategy reduces the exposure to any single loan/borrower providing robust protections in line with clear covenants of the fund.
Qualifying Loans
Each loan taken up by Pallas High Yield Fund No.2 has to pass a 'comprehensive list' of Qualifying Loan Requirements including location and site amenity, borrower expertise, exit strategies and valuation requirements.
