As at the 31 December 2021, the Pallas Warehouse Trust No.3 was diversified across 19 first mortgage investments representing a Total Loan Investment amount of $31.9 million.

Development site and / or residential, retail, commercial or industrial property, predominately located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metropolitan areas.
Investment Protection
Pallas Warehouse Trust No.3 has an Investment Protection mechanism that holds bank guarantees and/or cash equal to 5.0% of the Issue Size. This assists the Fund in meeting redemption obligations in the unlikely event of an underperforming asset and reduces the overall risk profile to the investor.
Qualifying Loans
Each loan taken up by Pallas Warehouse Trust No.3 has to pass a 'comprehensive list' of Qualifying Loan Requirements including location and site amenity, borrower expertise, exit strategies and valuation requirements. A diversification strategy is in place to reduce exposure to any single SPV lender.
