We offer five core loan types, detailed below, with our preferred asset locations being metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. With a strong presence in the mid-market lending landscape, our funding focus is typically between $2-50 million however, depending on the opportunity we can and will lend outside of this range. Flexibility to negotiate LVRs and level of pre-sales for construction loans may also be available in certain circumstances.
