We offer three core lending products, detailed below, with our preferred locations being metro Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Our funding focus is generally loans in the $5-50 million range, however we can go higher or lower depending upon the opportunity. Flexibility to negotiate LVR’s and pre-sales for construction loans may also be available in certain circumstances
