Patrick brings to Pallas Capital 32 years’ of experience as a lawyer, investment banker, owner/manager of an international financial services group and investor/manager in various development projects.
He became a Director of Australian investment bank Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu. and manager of Prebon Yamane group, with 1,650 staff in 24 cities around the world. Patrick has invested in both equity and debt supporting various development projects.

Dan Gallen has completed over $2 billion in structured real estate transactions. These have included in the capacity of a Lender, Developer, Investor and Debt Advisor. This breadth of experience brings a well-rounded and practical approach to analysing and managing real estate debt and development transactions.
Dan is RG146 compliant, a member of the Pallas Capital Credit Committee and is also the Director and Responsible Manager on the Pallas Funds AFSL.
Charles Mellick brings an in-depth knowledge of the property industry, gained over 28 years, together with a reputation for the delivery of high quality projects. Charles has funded and directed many residential and commercial projects across Sydney and Melbourne’s inner-city suburbs.
Charles has developed extensive industry networks, and incorporates a comprehensive skill-set of engaging professional firms servicing the development, construction and asset management sectors.
Mark Spring brings to Pallas Capital over 30 years’ experience in international capital markets encompassing trading, leadership and senior executive roles across a vast array of entities within the Asia Pacific region.
As a principal founding partner and Senior Director at Pallas Capital, Mark’s primary focus is growing Pallas’ distribution capabilities both in Australia and the Asia Pacific region by introducing Asset Managers, Family offices, High Net Worth Individuals and sophisticated investors to Pallas Capital’s property backed investment opportunities.
Craig Bannister brings 20 years’ experience in the Asian financial markets. Craig commenced his career in the Treasury Department of Societe General Australia, rising to the position of Senior Dealer.
In a variety of senior roles he was responsible for liaison with financial traders at most of the trading banks across Asia active in FX products, interest rate and oil derivatives.
In 2005 Craig joined BGC Partners, also as Managing Director in Singapore, where he was responsible for their rapid expansion.
David Morgan commenced his banking career with Societe General Australia in the early 1980's in the domestic interest rate markets. David was promoted, after the float of the Australian dollar, to the interbank foreign exchange market rising to the senior role of Chief Dealer of the treasury trading room.
Departing the bank after 10 years, David started his own company buying and selling Australian interest rate derivatives on the SFE Futures Floor.
David brings to Pallas Capital over 30 years’ of financial market experience.
Marianna holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree and has recently completed her Masters in Accounting.
Prior to joining Pallas Capital, Marianna worked for a Brazilian Private Bank as a Business Analyst and a Construction Company for a number of years.
Marianna’s primary focus is on all accounting functions including the analysis of each property portfolio within Pallas.
Marianna’s wealth of experience from Private Bank to Construction and now Property Development cements her place as a highly valued member of our team.
Mabel commenced her career as an accountant at Ernst & Young Shanghai Branch where her responsibilities included payments, receivable control and financial reporting.
Between 2003 and 2005, Mabel completed her professional accounting Master degree at University of Sydney.
She then joined Ron Bennett Menswear, one of the Australia’s leading menswear company specialising in Mens clothing, accessories and personal care products in 2006.
With her experience and background, Mabel is passionate to deliver professional services to all the clients.
Eleni joined Pallas Capital in 2017 and plays an integral part of the team, as her role is to provide adequate support to ensure deadlines are met.
With 10 years' experience working across various sectors within the finance, insurance and property industries, Eleni has expertise across a broad range of disciplines including; sales, leasing, account management and the implementation & coordination of all marketing initiatives surrounding portfolio sales, leasing, development sites and investment sales.

Patrick Baldock has experience managing multi-residential and mixed-use developments in Sydney and Melbourne.
A qualified engineer with postgraduate qualifications in property development and planning, Patrick applies his in-depth knowledge of the property and construction sectors to ensure each project is analysed with the required level of accuracy.
Patrick is responsible for analyses, design development management and stakeholder management so as to ensure every project is executed successfully.
Avalon has succeeded in a range of disciplines involved in developing and maximising real estate assets in Australia.
She commenced her career in a series of Interior Design roles for an architectural firm and for The Great Indoors, a designer for the retail sector, work environments and brand spaces. Avalon can always be counted on to bring fresh ideas or fine-tune existing ones whilst working diligently behind the scenes on our development processes.
Avalon joined Pallas Capital in 2016 and is a highly valued member of the team.
