Event Recap: Pallas Capital TP52 Gold Cup

On Friday, 20 March, Pallas Capital welcomed clients, partners and guests to the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) for the 2026 edition of the Pallas Capital TP52 Gold Cup — our largest and most competitive fleet to date.

Departing from CYCA, guests experienced an exhilarating afternoon on Sydney Harbour, with a standout lineup of past Sydney to Hobart divisional champions including Highly Sprung, KOA, Denali, Smuggler, Frantic, Matador and Virago. The expanded fleet also featured Edge, Zen, Matador and First Light, alongside the Super40 Class joining the start line for the first time — a reflection of the growing momentum and calibre of the event. After a hard‑fought contest across the harbour, Edge claimed this year’s win.

Beyond the racing itself, the day offered an opportunity for our team, our clients and partners to connect in a setting that reflects the energy and teamwork that underpin our work at Pallas Capital. Following the race, guests returned to the club for a lively reception and the official presentation to the winning crew, rounding out an afternoon that highlighted the strength of the relationships driving our continued growth.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us for an outstanding day on the water. We look forward to building on this tradition and creating more exceptional experiences together in the year ahead.
