On Thursday 11th August, the team at Pallas Capital hosted their first developer lunch series for several Melbourne-based developers.
Guests enjoyed an afternoon of delicious food and wine catered by The Botanical Hotel.
This was followed by an informative ‘round table’ discussion with special guest speakers, Rotem Rotenberg, Director from Cobild, and Luke Stambolis, Managing Director from Roberts Co, who shared their views on mounting material costs within the construction industry, how this has impacted their businesses and what their views of these costs are in the future.
