Pallas Capital hosts WIN: Illuminating Portfolios

On Thursday 22 May, we  had the pleasure of hosting the Women in Numbers: Illuminating Portfolios event at our head office, Pallas House. It was an inspiring evening that brought together a room full of like-minded women from many industries, all keen to deepen their understanding of personal wealth and long-term financial success.

The event featured a dynamic panel of speakers including Angela Langmann, Head of Investment Sales at JLL,  Tess Uncle, Senior Investment Adviser at Shaw and Partners,  Melissa Cuturich, Director of Private Wealth at Commonwealth Private, and PJ Patterson, Founder of Keystone Financial. Together, they offered guests a rare blend of practical strategies, powerful insights, and deeply personal experiences.

The panel was expertly moderated by Craig Bannister, Executive Director at Pallas Capital, who guided the conversation through a range of timely and important topics. Tess, Melissa, and Angela shared candid perspectives on why superannuation remains one of the most underutilised yet accessible investment vehicles available to women, especially those early in their wealth-building journey. The discussion also explored how to identify unique opportunities amid market volatility, and how risk awareness and diversification play a critical role in protecting and growing wealth over time.

A central message echoed throughout the night: financial empowerment starts with clarity, education, and the confidence to take the first step. Whether guests were seasoned investors or just beginning their financial journey, there was something valuable for everyone to take away.
