Pallas snares corner site in prestigious suburb

On 2 December 2019 Pallas Group acquired the four storey office and retail building at 30-36 Bay Street, Double Bay. It also has an option to acquire the adjacent building at 2 Guilfoyle Avenue.

Pallas Group has lodged a DA for the refurbishment of the building at 30-36 Bay Street and the construction of two additional levels. The existing uses will be retained, namely retail on the ground floor and commercial space above.

Subject to DA approval, we will be commencing works in early 2020 and hope to have these completed by the end of that year.

Pallas Group intends to occupy the additional top two levels as its Sydney office. It will be seeking commercial tenants for the remainder of the building and restaurant / cafe operators for the ground floor.
