Pallas Capital recently hosted its inaugural Origination Conference, a two-day event focused on learning, collaboration and planning.
At Pallas Capital, we recognise the importance of investing in our people and creating opportunities to share knowledge across the business. The conference provided a valuable forum to discuss market conditions, explore emerging opportunities and align on priorities for the year ahead.
The program featured presentations from leaders across the business, including Jason Arnold, Group Executive – Origination, who opened the conference with an FY2026/27 overview. Attendees also heard from Dan Gallen, Executive Director & CIO, Craig Bannister, Executive Director – Distribution, Alexis Holloway, Executive Director – Credit, and Karan Taneja, Head of Treasury, who provided updates across funding, distribution and credit – highlighting the breadth of expertise that supports Pallas Capital’s lending platform.
Additional sessions were led by Portia Ridley, National Sales Manager – Broker & Aggregation, alongside an origination panel featuring Darragh O’Riordan, Paul Van Druten and Lachie Davidson.
A highlight was welcoming internationally renowned mindset coach Ben Crowe as keynote speaker. Drawing on his experience working with athletes and business leaders, Ben shared valuable insights on leadership, performance, resilience and purpose.
