Manly Project Update

Our Executive Director of Distribution, Craig Bannister, recently sat down with the NSW General Manager of Fortis, Ed Eve, to discuss the progress of an upcoming commercial project in Manly, named ‘White Water’. With DA approval secured late last year, the property will comprise of three commercial levels above two food and beverage levels. This project is to be anchored by Pallas Capital, with the growth of our team across the eastern seaboard having driven demand for a second office location in Sydney.

Watch the interview below.

Located in South Steyne, this premium office destination offers unparalleled convenience for occupants, with beautiful views of Manly Beach and access to prime retail spaces in the rear lane, it appeals to both tenants and investors. Whitewater received Development Approval (DA) late last year after enduring an 18-month review process by the council. This milestone marked a significant triumph for the Fortis Development team, especially considering the project’s approval above Manly’s height limits.

Pallas Capital’s has been heavily involved in the project, planning to occupy the upper two floors for its distribution and operations teams. This arrangement leaves a full floor of commercial office space available, promising ocean vistas and seamless connectivity to the retail areas below.

With the DA approval secured, Fortis now gears up to initiate the sale and leasing campaign. The impending launch opens an opportune moment to capitalise on market interest, teamed with the projects’ prime location and robust design.

White Water, South Steyne is a testament to Fortis’ commitment to excellence and innovation, significantly in the Manly area. As construction and leasing opportunities progress, fortis aims to offer unparalleled opportunities for businesses and investors alike.
