On Tuesday 22nd November the Pallas Capital and CBRE teams hosted over 70 local Sydney property developers for an afternoon of delicious food and insightful conversation at Neil Perry’s ‘Margaret’.
Guests heard from Director of Research at CBRE, Sameer Chopra, on the outlook for rent returns from migration, healthy occupier appetite and the ongoing shift to premium experiences. Pallas Capital’s Chief Investment Officer, Dan Gallen, also spoke alongside David Milton, Managing Director of CBRE Residential Projects, on the current state of the non-bank lending space, and why Pallas is uniquely positioned to keep growing its share of this lending market.
