The sun was shining down on our Sydney team on Tuesday as we celebrated Melbourne Cup on the newly completed Pallas House roof terrace in Double Bay.
The space was transformed to fit the theme of ‘The Birdcage’, complete with styling and a bespoke Pallas floral installation.
Festivities included a Calcutta Auction hosted by Brad Gowenlock and a Fashions on the Field competition for best dressed, with the winners for best dressed male and female each taking home a $100 voucher to Neil Perry’s newly opened bar ‘Next Door’.
Our in-house Chef Mizu curated a delicious spread of grab and go style food for the afternoon, and the team watched on anxiously as the race that stops the nation played out and ‘Gold Trip’ took out the winning place.
It was a fantastic afternoon and we are looking forward to hosting an even bigger and better Melbourne Cup celebration in 2023.
